Application Instruction

Base layer requirements: applied over relatively smooth concrete floors, the concrete strength reaches C25 mark, the surface drawing strength reaches 1.50Mpa.

Base concrete grinding and cleaning; repairing cracks and potholes

Roll waterborne curing agent one to two layers, moisten floor to help absorb

Strictly mix the material with water according to the specified ratio, pour or spray the material to the construction floor;

Applied using a zigzag screed and finished by hand trolling, roll it twice in different directions with a defoaming roller to prevent air bubbles.

After fully cured, sealed with curing compound or colored wax, polished with a high speed polishing machine.

Set the split seam according to the size and thickness of the cement-based self-leveling casting.
